Recently, the Chevron evaluation team came to the VP Wen 'an plant to discuss a pipeline cleaning solution with VP technical experts.

With years of experience in fluid transmission equipment development and service, Beijing VP stands out among many competitors. In order to save energy and increase efficiency, Beijing VP designed a set of automatic ball-sweeping system for the enterprise.

Different from the traditional pipeline cleaning method, the automatic pigging system of VP adopts a closed system, which simplifies the network and quantity of pipelines, and realizes pigging function automatically, with the residual quantity almost being 0.

The system can track the position of the PIG in real time through the launcher and the receiving station. The PIG adopts a separable type with detachable lip. The supporting operating system can monitor the running state of the equipment in real time and change the maintenance work from "detection" to "prevention", so as to realize accurate operation and maintenance and reduce the failure rate and consumption cost.

The successful launch of VP automatic pigging system in this project indicates that Beijing VP has successfully entered the foreign market with mature technology and excellent quality, and will further expand its influence in the Malaysian market in the future.
